For mind and heart - A literary and musical journey through the autumn of nature and life.

All members of the congregation, including those of the pastoral association and the Protestant congregation of Heringen, were invited to this evening.

The thoughtful, spiritual texts were read by Silvia Hillenbrand, a volunteer hospice worker from Fulda, and Rita Sühs.

We heard heartfelt and thoughtful texts that touched the soul, framed by meditative music from Dr. Martin Nitsche.

The event was well attended and we asked for donations for the St. Elisabeth hospice in Fulda, which also accommodates guests from our region who spend the last phase of their lives there in loving care.

After words of thanks, the audience was invited to a social gathering over a cup of tea and pastries to conclude the evening, an invitation which was gladly accepted.
